DC Nano not connecting to internet.

I have a Fios modem and netgear night hawk r6900p router. The nano does not connect to internet when setup. I also noticed that the left port does not show lights when cables are connected. Please advise, my setup is below.

Disconnected the cable from the Internet port on my router, connected it to DC Nano. Now modem is connected to DC directly.
Connected supplied ethernet cable from DC Nano to Internet port on router.

Results. No internet. On DC Nano: Left port no lights. Right port blinks green and orange lights.
Even when cables on Nano are swapped the results are the same.

Update:
Tried again this morning. This time I used a wall adapter with a power rating of 2.4A, yesterday I used one with 1.4A. My test was done without router - a direct connection from Verizon Fios modem to DC nano to laptop.

Results. Internet worked. Successful connection to DC Nano admin dashboard.

Will try previous setup again - including router, with higher powered wall adapter.

Final Update:
Confirming my issue is resolved. The culprit - low powered wall adapter used during my initial testing.

Lesson: Don't start networking projects at 1am 🙂
