The Manual as provided so far gives you the basic information you need to set up your device. Hopefully there will be an expanded version in the future.
One thing I discovered, which is mentioned briefly in the manual, but of which I glossed over, is that when you make changes to the setting it takes time for them to propagate properly.
Upon booting the Mini you should wait two minutes for it to fully be ready, and then plug in the network cable.
When you configure tunnel, it may take as long as 20 minutes to become active.
This explains why I was having issues setting mine up and then would give up, only to find the thing was working the next day when I went to continue trying.
