The youtube ad blocker doesn't work property - i have decided to use the domain list from this project

However the UI to manage the black list domain is small and clumsy.
There are 9246 domains in the list https://ewpratten.retrylife.ca/youtube_ad_blocklist/domains.txt but we can only have 1000
Few suggestion:
- make the blacklist domain unlimited
- make it full page
- allow to search in domain
- when new list is uploaded it only create non unique domains
- allow a button to delete all domains
- number of items on the page doesn't work
