Tunnel not being used

Hi,

I have created a tunnel (to France for example) and I have opened a routing in the UI for a French domain. However when going to the website to watch a video it says that due to my location the video cannot be played.
Is there something else I should do? Is there a way I can check what tunnel is use for a specific website?

Peyo It does not mean that because you added the website to go through that tunnel, that the video is actually SERVED from that website... the video might be coming from a server that is NOT the website you added.
OR maybe the video cannot be played from france...

For a quick fix or test, you can set your DPN mode to full, and select FRANCE, then EVERYTHING will be from France. If that does not work, then the video cannot be watched from france.

However, keeping your DPN mode this way will have a hit on your speed, because you are relying only on DPN USERS france for speed, which might affect your overall speed.

I am experiencing the exact same thing. Steps:

Setup tunnel to France
Make sure smart mode is enabled (it is by default)
Setup letour.fr or tf1.fr to use France tunnel
Verify you have a connection to France
When using the query tool, enter tf1.fr results in using the France tunnel
Navigate to tf1.fr or letour.fr does NOT use the France tunnel

Thanks. But even hitting letour.fr (in incognito mode - i.e. no cached websites) will change to the English version when it should be default in French if using the DPN correctly thru France.

Junk Try changing your DNS server to one serving France. That should do it.
