After getting delivery of my pico sometime in February and finally getting on the network in March. I've not been a consistent (not online) user of the device.
But once I found out some four days ago that my staked credit point was being deducted, I decided to stay consistently only for the past three days. But to my surprise while connected, my device just went off and would never boot up again. I plugged and unplugged. Nothing happened.
Has anyone experienced this before? How do I solve it? I contacted support, response has been slow. What happens to my CS that I was about building back to it's real tier?
