I've seen a lot of times some tunnel ips to go to 0, therefore i cannot make a connection to a site which i've rooted through that tunnel. The thing is that if i reboot the pico device, it finds immediately new IPs in that tunnel. So i've come to the point that the device does not refresh constantly the users available to the DPN so it can give you options to switch IPs in channels etc and most of all you come to situations where you cannot access pages that goes through a specific tunnel.
