Only flashing RED Light

I have tried everything that I have read on how to troubleshot the Deeper Connect Mini/Nano. I am only getting a slow flashing red light. I am not getting any green lights. Can someone help me? I am using Xfinity gigabit speeds. What is the function/purpose of the SC Card slot

I thought that the instructions said that there should be a couple green lights. Total of 3 lights

The orange and geeen light they refer to are on the back for the Ethernet cables/data flow.
