If I use Pico behind Modem/Router, my IP is private (192.x.x.x) Does VPN/DVPN need to have Public address? How Anyone find my Pico to share traffic? Is it SN or MAC address...? I cannot change modem to Bridge mode, only ISP operator can do this.
