I got the same problem Steve, and I have open a support case( 3 days ago) and still waiting for a solution, the worse is that even if you google and you don't find the solution either. The AP relay mode didn't work, so I have to connect one side of the pico to the router, then I was able to connect but after I changed the WiFi password...boom Adios amigos..it works now only with cable..#$%§
I´m very disappointed with the product.
