firmware upgradation fails "Invalid upgrade image" message appears on the "Connect Mini" Is any solution for it, but the "Connect Pico" upgrade is successful without any error.
I'm have the same problem here, and I can't find a solution to this problem
I'm have same issue on PICO and WiFi SSID not found. I have been contact support wait for fix issue. ( due waiting upgrade software and firmware over five days).
Just got this is same error while trying to go to 1.2.5.rel on my Pico. Other devices took the upgrade without issue.
Was there a fix found for this?

I was able to jump directly to 1.2.6.rel which is the safer move anyways.
Have the same problem with Deeper Connect Air. Current version is 1.2.3.rel. And receive the same "Invalid upgrade image" trying to move to 1.2.6.rel
