Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I have a Nano and a Mini, both did the same thing. I assumed the 1st one (Nano) overheated and broke, so i opened up the Mini and it did exactly the same thing. It worked great for the 1st day and a half, then just stopped the router connecting to the internet, no matter what i do.
On the Troubleshooting page it is listing this problem and says contact technical support... where or how does one get a hold of Technical support? Is there any support from Deeper Network for these devices they are selling?
