I stay in Muscat,Oman. I purchased DPN mainly to avoid always using a VPN for WhatsApp calls (otherwise, WhatsApp calls are banned). I relocated WhatsApp to India and also relocated the Hotstar app to India (it works only in India). Both of these apps don't work. But they work flawlessly with Express VPN. So, definitely, there is some issue with DPN. Kindly help. Without these functions, the device is of no use.
