Bypass DPN for certain streaming like Hulu

Hulu requires that people use it in their home network. Is there a way to bypass DPN for certain domains like Hulu? I would like Hulu to route through my home IP, but continue to use the DPN for other online activities.

That's only a requirement for Hulu Live. Their regular service has no such restrictions.

That's the service I have. I don't have cable, so my TV comes from Hulu.

This device has soooo many flaws. There needs to be an option to allow a device IP on your LAN to connect via direct route.
Eg, a Cable box for instance that connects to dynamic IP's for different streams and does not use domains needs to be allowed a direct connection. There are no set IP address to add to the direct route list so it gets blocked.
Such a simple feature yet a huge oversight by the developers.

I hope this is added very soon or this thing will go back to the seller.

This is not working for me either. Hulu works without Deeper but even though I added to the Direct Connect list, it keeps stating I have a new household.

For kicks and giggles, I added whatsmyip.org to the Direct Connect list too, but it is not working either. Everything is always connected to my Deeper Network's smart routing.

My Hulu account is Hulu Live too.

beachside sometimes the websites (almost always actually) they will load from multiple domains. You need to make sure every domain accessed by the service is added either to the route list, or the direct route list.

One method is to view the source of the page and look for URLs. Another is install NoScript and it will selectively block javascript but also tell you which domains it is accessing. You can also inspect (I think ctrl + shift + i) to find domains. Or you can use a network analyzer of some sort.

Then just add all the domains you find to either route to VPN or direct route to bypass.

Here's an idea I think would fix your issue... Did you try using the HULU client's local IP?

i would like to know if anyone figured this out i am having this same issue i have a hulu live account ive reset my location twice and the app recently asked me for a location reset again please help id like to keep the device connected and watch hulu live as well thanks for any support

Where to enter IP address? Direct Route list will not accept IP address.
