Junk DC support did tell me a few days back that the firmware would be updated in 2/3 weeks and I would have access to the main net and presumably mining. So I was a bit surprised to get the update today.
It quite clearly states in the article from the link you provided that indiegogo buyers will be able to mine. Let’s hope that is the case. 🙏
