I have used mnemonic phrase of metamsk wallet as that is what i have staked with on the ATOM OS when i connect the wallet. However the address shown on the ATOM OS is different than that of my Deeper chain wallet and there is no balance shown. How to go about this?

Yes, you need to use the mnemonic or private key of the DeeperChain wallet on nano to bind it on the mini. Reminder: You need to unbind it on the nano before you can operate it.
