i had this problem 2 months ago, email support at the time would write 1 email per day to resolve an issue, usually very short nonhelpful statements or ask benign questions. I now have the same issue again and Discord, FB messenger, Twitter wont help or wont respond and i have been waiting for an email response for over a week. I wish i never heard of this project. 6000 DPR staked, mini purchased and nothing to show for it. What a complete disaster.
