Can't Connect to Deeper Device

Hi All,

Looking for help. I finally received my Deeper devices. I Connected the Deeper Connect Mini as instructed. Traffic is passing through to the Internet etc but I can not connect to the Deeper device using either of the ip addresses
11.22.33.44 or 34.34.34.34

Need some assistance please

Try https://device.deeper.network/login then click on forget password? It work for me but recently I cant get logged in to my dash board for over 24hr+. Keeps saying wrong username and password, any help would be welcome!

Please try this method:

The Deeper is connected between the modem and the router without plugging in the power source.
Plug in the power supply and wait for the startup to complete. The estimated startup time is 2 minutes.
If the problem persists, please restart the modem separately. Wait for a while and observe if the Internet is working.
