Not sure if anyone has this problem. Recently I received a notification from AT&T advising me that my internet is down and to reset the Fiber Optic modem. My original setup was to connect the DC to the RJ45 wall socket and then the modem with WiFi access. It was working until the AT&T notification.
I tried reset the modem with the same configuration stated above and failed to gain internet access. I ended up disconnected the DC from my original setup and voila, everything is fine. I contacted DC support but they are very slow in resolving my issue. I am very disappointed with the product so far and regretted that I bought two units of DC. Both units are collecting dust right now and not being used.
If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.
