no blue lines means nobody is connected to you.
go to system tab and check your IP. Does it start with 192.? if yes then you are on a private IP meaning its harder for people to find you and connect to you. You need to go public. To do that you need an extra router so you go modem deeper router pc and you will need to bridge your modem. Each modem has different instructions on bridging so since its no deeper related we cant help with the bridging part.
