the plug&play does not apply to the mini I bought

Deepernetwork support team, I posted a message in the previous life of this forum and since everything was deleted without any warning, I'm creating it again:

The Youtube video showing plugging the mini device, it does not work at all in my case.
I have an modem and a wifi router, connected the mini in between, reset the wifi router, the modem and the mini, in all 9 combinations, and none worked.
Those users who has it working, can you share your experiences??

to anyone facing similar issue:
my setup is an Eero router and an Arris modem, you need to reset router first and right after the modem, and be patient (30-45 secs) and then you should be able to log into http://11.22.33.44 or http://http://34.34.34.34.
If you happen to not being able to access certain services because of geo detection, try to change of nodes in the section Configured Tunnel, you'll have to try&error the Active IP till it gets you through.
