I have moved homes over the last weekend and in the process also changed my internet service providers. Since then my Genesis Silver miner has stopped working properly. It flashes red and also I lose internet connection when my miner is connected. No internet issues when the miner is disconnected. I have been without the miner on the network for the past 3 days now and losing credit score. I had reached out to tech support on email, but no response yet. Please help.
