Hi, Ive bought my deeper network Nano and during the set up, I am unable to set up my Nano for mining due to the error message saying the BEP20 or SN number has already been used. Please can you help with my device and query.
@hiall Did you register on the ERC20 login before? https://device.deeper.network/login need to delete the account on the bottom left and after register on the BSC login page.
I did this revoking account ERC20 side. But still "This SN serial number cannot be registered" on BSC registration page. It seems that router is in deeper chain still and BSC registration cannot be done?
After deleting the ERC20 account For me worked copy-paste whole string (Deeper-Wire-IGG-df4959fcbbXX|20ffbf1cd63270XX) to both fields (register.LoginCode and register.SN). Form will do the rest.
What do you do if it was the previous owner who registered the device and then sold it?
