Registered through kickstarter, but how do I login with my email?

So, I bought a 10x Pico pack via the Kickstarter campaign, used the link posted by Eric on twitter to register and claim the $DPR, a process which involved registering my email address.

Everything seemed to work fine, but now when I go back to that page (https://www.deeper.network/user/index) I can't see anything and I have no way to login. I go to the home page and there's no way to log in using my email address, only my phone number. And apparently no way to register my phone number (I'm assuming I've missed something somewhere). I've sent a message to support, but not heard back.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am also having an issue logging into the reward site to see what the status is of my $DPR reward for backing the 10x Pico pack via the Kickstarter campaign. I goto https://www.deeper.network/user/login but it is not taking my password.
