Tunnels - loosing these to United Kingdom - BBC iPlayer

I'm in the UAE and have been using BBC iPlayer on iPad. Now today it's stopped working. When I look at the Dashboard it's either not showing any connection or occasionally just one - with no option to Switch IP.

The iPlayer app work but it will not allow any programs to be viewed.

I do hope that someone in Deeper is looking at these posts - I have a distinct feeling that this is not the case.

Further work on this it now seems that the local internet supplier (Etisalat) has realised that the deeper box is not using an IP address in the UK. Speed tests are showing it to be still in the UAE. It seems this has happened in the last three days.

Is this something that can be fixed with a firmware update?
