You need to move any existing DPR out of the wallet that is on the device. Then you contact support with your DPR hardware number, and ask them to remove the wallet that is on the device.
Once you remove the old wallet, you need to find the correct wallet to bind to your DPR mini (the one that you staked to). If you lost the private key you will have to beg support to "unstake" your DPR and move it to a new wallet which is unlikely.
