I got help from Al viva on the telegram.
What I THINK happened is that I originally got my miner when ERC20 was still the only way to stake. I created my account but then never actually staked the eth because they brought out the BSC staking. I had to have Deeper Network Support (Linda) clear my registration so that I could re-register on BEP20. That was in November.
I didnt stake the miner with BEP20 until Feb 1st.
When I checked the registration page today it had an error message saying that the deeper chain wallet bound to my device is inconsistent with the deeper chain address I staked with.
I unbound the wallet and tried to rebind it using the private key and the phrase that I got on Feb 1st, but it gave me the same error.
On a whim, I went back to my email from November with the wallet address it had created for ERC20, and I entered that phrase in. It worked immediately. Different phrase words and private keys between November and February, but the same address.
Don't know if this will help anyone else, but everythings working properly for me now.
