Device Not working as promised

Dear Developer, i face some issues like

The network is too slow when connected through Deeper Network Mini
It keeps disconnecting
have to reboot the device after few hours of use
can you please help me fix these issues
and please make a user manual with detailed example

I have some issu that Deeper Netork take lot of bandwidth! and I have Fiber 500/500

Remove the tunnel of your region / country. That should help. Make sure your DPN is in a well ventilated area, it might be running too hot.

device does - not - connect to the Internet if directly connected to PC.
Device does connect to the Internet if connected between router and modem.
Also, cannot access the console (34.34.34.34 or 11.22.33.44, to update any settings (both directly connected and between devices).

update... using google chromebook with USB to Ethernet, direct connect, able to connect to the internet and admin console. guessing something in the firewall rules is blocking access. be good to know which ports the device uses to communicate.
