overheated and slow bandwidth

Deeper connect mini My Deeper connect mini gets overheated and very hot!

The internet becomes very slow and tough and takes extra bandwidth and can not even be surfed on crome!

Disconnect the "Deeper connect mini" and the internet traffic works properly!

I have unplugg it and will plug in and make new try and try see how hot "Deeper connect mini" gets I have laser that give me 49,9c degrees un the outside of the box.. then it is more hot inside

I have the same problem with the overheating, gets very hot. Is there any solution yet, or is this considered a defective unit. I would hate to have spent 250.00 for a paper weight.

What temperature does it show in the dashboard? Mine shows 65, but the outside is not bad, with everything working fine.
Are you using smart route? If so, make sure to remove your country of the Tunnel. That helps a little I have found...

high temps are normal, it uses the entire case as a heat sink.

If you want you can add a heat sink on top with a fan but the device is fine the way it is.
