Factory reset

Hello, how do I factory reset my deeper connect Pico? I've tried the button on the side, tried holding it down for 3, 5, 7, 10 seconds to no avail. I am unable to access my network as I've hidden the SSID and I can't seem to remember the SSID+Password combination.

I can say right now that your "support" is rubbish, it leads you in circles asking if this article was helpful.
No the articles were not helpfull, i do not need to reset my ATOM OS password, i need to reset the Password that lets me connect to DeeperWIFI- xxxx but theres no information on how to do that.

I am stuck as i am unable to access the dashboard i have no idea what my devices serial number is, its not on the pico, its not on or in the box it came with, can only get from the dash board which i cant access since my WIFI password to connect to the DeeperWIFI doesnt work.

So what are we supposed to do because right now i have a completely useless piece of equipment.

I agree the deeper network technical support is rubbish. The website offers no answers as to a factory reset a user can do on their own. It seems everyone is having exact same issues I am experiencing. The reset button does not work on the device (among many other issues).

Everyone is having all types of issues and I’ve spoken to technical support by submitting tickets several times in which, they reply back asking questions. I’ll answer their question, and they don’t respond back, ever.

I’ve had the device for 3 days and it simply no longer works. I’m pretty text savvy, but this is ridiculous. I’m locked out of the device, it won’t even respond to any form of connection method.
