I am having difficulty binding the DPR chain wallet created during registration to the pico with both the mnemonic phrases or key file. DPR tab is available , I enter the 12 words or import file and then receive “failed to bind wallet” error.
The mnemonic phrase is good and can import the 12 words it into the polkadot chrome extension and wallet address matches what is shown in registration page for staking with pico.
I have tried using a different browser, different device, smartphone/laptop and power cycled the pico several times. It is currently operating in wireless relay mode.
Please assist in finding resolution, thank you .
