Seems like you should connect your Deeper Connect before your router. That's what I do and it works fine.
IOW, Wall > Deeper Connect > Router > everything else
dr_gonzo , I tried Provider modem to ROuter -> Deeper Connect -> Velop and it is working. Is it that proper way. dont have any clue?

Provider modem > Deeper Connect > router
