Routing - Domain Config: Not Working

I have my Deeper Network setup as “Smart Route” with Routing - Domain Config for a few websites pointing to France, but I am not being redirected.
I have been trying and resetting a few times since I received my Deeper Network 2 weeks ago but no luck. Can anyone assist?
