I have an Arris Modem (Model #TM722) which I connected to the Deeper Connect Mini which I connected to my Google Wireless Router. Green lights blink fast, Amber light blinks but no connection to the internet. Tried unplugging, plugging back in, nothing. Tried reversing the connection on the Mini, nothing. The mini is not allowing a connection to the internet. When I unplug the Mini, everything works fine. I can not get the Mini to make a connection. What do I do? I also tried leaving it plugged in for a few hours. Still nothing. No connection.

Please try this method:

  1. The Deeper is connected between the modem and the router without plugging in the power source.
  2. Plug in the power supply and wait for the startup to complete. The estimated startup time is 2 minutes.
If the problem persists, please restart the modem separately. Wait for a while and observe if the Internet is working.

You will have to figure out how to put it into bridge mode. The Arris modems are gateway modems (they have routers built in) and therefore your Deeper device is getting a LAN IP.

In order to share properly you need to put the router in bridge mode or try IP passthrough so the deeper device is assigned your WAN/public IP.
