I am sure no one wants a paperweight... and seeing so many messages about firmware, I thought I would give it a try of cloning the micro SD card to have as a backup in case the SD stops working, or in case I don't like a new firmware.
I used BALENA ETCHER and successfully cloned the 8GB card into a 64GB high speed card.
Using Win32 Disk Imager, I also made a .IMG file, which can also be flashed into SD cards.
So... I was thinking of creating an online bank of IMG files of older, current and newer versions of the system, so everyone could have access to them and try.
If you do have the the: 1.1.0.b97 version or the newer, 1.1.0.c6. please create an IMG file of it (you can even use these instructions here: https://raspberrytips.com/create-image-sd-card/) and send me a link to download it, so I can create the file bank.
