I don't understand. When I installed the mini, in the admin area there was the mining tab. I now dont see that anymore even after signing up the first time.

Hope to get some clarity

Hey! It was described somewhere that the mining feature in the prevoius firmware build was for testing purposes only and the test is now completed, so it was removed. At the same time they announced to implement the "real" (and fully functional) mining feature soon.

No Isuues at all and all was working and notice a mining menuitem on the dashboard
But today it disappeared

the mainet is going to be launch in 28 August. The current firmware cannot mine. When is the new firmware rollout for nano for mining purpose?

The new firmware will rollout coinciding with the mainnet launch. The DPR tab will return allowing access to the integrated DPR wallet as well as mining features.

Deeper devices are capable of mining but they must build up credit first before earning rewards. Genesis nodes are offered as an option along with people that wish to stake in order to get started on the process and earn credits to get ready to mine right away.

So I bought two of these with the intention to mine and get rewards, now you are telling us we cant mine with them? WTF
Were can I send my receipt to be compensated. I'm over deeper network.
Horrible information on website. No instructions. No info that it cant mine. Had to use Reddit to find out where to buy, how to set up, etc. Wanted to stake $20K, but there was no info on the webpage if we get a free miner or not. So I bought a few. Now we cant use them to mine. Ridiculous.
All around bad experience. You should read reddit groups. all complaints. You really need to provide better communication and updates with instructions.

a question, if i have set unlimited band and Gb sharing but no one connects to my deeper mini i will not be able to get credit score right? that does not seem fair.

JoJo in this case there is no reason for Nano and Mini owners to share the traffic. Hope that Deeper team understands it. By the way, I have Mini with 1.1.0.rel firmware and mining is not available.

Gregorianst I have been sharing, without expecting the mining... that is because I know that if I don't share, and no one shares, we have NO DPN, just a paper weight. I would really be nice to have such functionality, but the lack of sharing might be the reason why they are giving away the Genesis miners... We'll see... There's is really no reason why they would not make this available already otherwise. I truly hope I am wrong.

As I understand the IndieGogo versions of Mini and Nano can mine once the firmware is updated after the Genesis Mainnet testing month that started Aug 28th. I noticed a test firmware on my Mini that had the Mining tab and I now have version:1.1.0.c6 which the mining tab is gone.
That tab included showing the credit score status. From what I read while these Indiegogo devices cant mine yet they can start earning sharing credits starting August 28th.
2 Questions:

Where do we see the credit score status if the mining tab is removed?
Is there an amount of DPR that can be staked that will get this device to 100 Credit score so it can start mining once the firmware is released?

I managed to update to 1.1.1.rel, though the interface has not changed, no DPR wallet. Anyone else experiance this?

Yeh my seems to be updated now to 1.1.1 real also but missing the DPR sadly

I don't get it. I bought 2 nanos with the intention of mining. Will I not be able to?

cyn1k in the exact same situation. Mine came from StackSocial, arrived and can't understand in what state it is.. nothing in the Deeper page is clear about this. I know that for a while that only credits matter to start mining. We have to have 100 credits. Before the auto-update all of the indicators that showed I already had 30 credits disappeared.

And is it counting for the credit buildup? Someone?
