To answer the questions that have come up here. The device can take about 2-8 minutes to start up. However, if you are still having this issue first start by resetting the devices in your network and setting up the device again. If that does not work try setting up the device in this configuration:
Modem -> Router -> Deeper -> PC
See if you can access 34.34.34.34 then look for your serial number and contact support for a firmware update.
