Is it possible to change MAC address for Deeper Connect Mini? My provider authorise my connection by MAC-address, so I need to specify it in Deeper Connect or have the possibility to translate MAC of my router to Deeper Connect.

The Mini does not have its own MAC address. Depending on your network configuration the device will use the following MAC addresses:

Modem -> Mini -> Router: Uses router MAC
Modem -> Router -> Mini -> PC: Uses PC MAC

So from what you described the Mini should already be using the MAC of your router, solving this issue. I hope this helps.

I'm not sure this is entirely correct.

I operate my mini / nano / pico devices in one arm mode (for mining only), and it certainly does have a mac address - It has to have one so it can be "connected" to the network.

But yeah, it does have different modes of operating - and most of those modes are transparent as you describe.

I have connection «Provider Port -> Deeper -> Router». My router has MAC 50:ff:20:57:27:96 and unfortunately it can’t pass authorisation by MAC. Without Deeper connection is ok. In case not authorised I can’t connect to Deeper using 34.34.34.34 IP to diagnose and provide you with more details. 1.1.0.c6 firmware

Do you have any suggestion? Is there a possibility to include the option to set MAC-address manually in the next firmware? This is the standard option for all network equipment. My Deeper is useless for me at the moment, because it can't pass MAC-address authorisation.

Have you tried connecting the device after your router such as in this configuration to give the Mini a different address:

Modem -> Router -> Mini -> PC

Either case should work as the Mini uses the MAC of whatever device comes after. However, from your description it sounds like you do not have access to the MAC authorization and you have to specify an allowed address? Maybe your provider does not allow duplicate MAC addresses and that is a part of the problem. If you have any controls over the MAC authorization or are able to contact your provider about this then maybe they can work with you to allow the device to function. I believe setting the MAC address manually would cause issues with the functionality of the device but I can inquire about this with the dev team.

Yes I've tried "Modem -> Router -> Mini -> PC" configuration and it works. But I'd like to provide the access for all my devices entire network and "Provider Port -> Deeper -> Router" configuration best suits for me. I don't have control over MAC authorisation and don't want to share technical details with my provider since VPN's are restricted in Russia. I believe manual MAC specifying in Deeper is the best solution in my case. I could test this function and help your dev team to implement it.
