I purchased this product a few months ago and I can not connect to my dashboard. you answered me the first time around, but since then, you have ignored my requests, please respond to me!!! I have a product that, so far, is just a weight object. It sits and is useless to me. Could you please reset my login and password. pleeeeeese, some one help me!!!! I don't know how you can be in business ignoring customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your password has been reset now. Previously we had tried resetting your device but it did not show as online. It was online this time so we were able to push the reset.
