New Firmware :1.1.0.c13 has YouTube ad blocker...but it doesn't work

Hi I downloaded certificates on IOS, Android and W10 with no success. I mean I could install them according to instructions provided in your admin page, but all YT videos are blocked with the spinning wheel forever spinning on the videos. I had to uncheck the Youtube Filter Ads check box to regain access to YT.
Doesn't work with smart route enable or with DPN fully disabled.

I posted my Nano ID in the post "About the 1.1.0.c6 version firmware push" and they added my device into automatic firmware upgrade, worked for me or try to post it here as well.

Following the instructions to install certificate with selected "Filter Youtube AD”, Can't see anything live on Youtube TV or anything on Youtube since the recent firmware 1.1.0.13c updated, YouTube lives after unchecked the box of "Filter Youtube AD”, but the AD doesn’t block.
