Each of the last two days, my network seemed very slow so I rebooted the Nano and that seemed to fix it. Memory usage is 70%+, CPU is around 25%

I realize its been 8 months since someone responded to this. I'm having this issue. My network shows my memory at 46% and CPU close to 0. The memory rose by 6% overnight. My sharing traffic is at 10GB. How do I lower the memory and still keep getting increased organic score?
