I have connected with Ethernet: combo modem/router (LAN port) > Mini > computer (Ethernet post). I have internet service with this setup, everything passes through normally, as if the Mini weren't even there.

I connected with the Admin panel and set up routing as in the (now deleted) manual to send Netflix through North America. I still get local content offered. I then set up Crackle as a test, as it is completely GEO blocked in my region. Again, it doesn't work. I get a "not available in your region" message trying to access Crackle.

Obviously there is something else I need to do, but I have no idea what is is. It is either some other setting in the Admin panel or else it is an Ethernet setting on my computer that needs to change.

Does anybody know what I need to do?

btw, whatever happened to all the forum posts and accounts? I had to register a second time and none of my previous posts (or anybody else's) are available.

What mode is your DPN set to?
If it is set to Smart Route, you will need to either change it to FULL or add a routing rule in Smart Route.

i tested it in a small config. to make it work, i had to disable ipv6. with ipv4 everything worked. as soon as i used ipv6 again it uses the direct route over ipv6. it seems the device only uses ipv4

i did, ipv4 is north america, ipv6 is europe

i just opened a post with this as a topic

Because the server has changed, resulting in data loss, we have to re-establish

Since my router is in an out-of-the-way location, I carried a laptop to it. I rebooted everything and reconnected to the network. I checked and I was still connected in full router mode, as support had advised I needed to be and tried again. It worked! I got this email:

Other US-only streamin also worked, except for Crackle, which just displays a blank, black page.
