I've had to remove the Mini from my network because every few days it will lock up and stop working. It needs to be power cycled to re-establish the connection. I've removed the North American tunnel and turned DPN mode to off but that doesn't solve the problem. It happens on both of the Mini devices I purchased.
I see many similar messages about device hangups. Is this problem being worked on? If not, how can I return both of my non-functional devices for a refund?
