I am unable to reach either 11.22.33.44 or 34.34.34.34. I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error. Please advise what I must do to access the device. I don't know if it is earning or not.

Hello. Can someone help me find my DPR mining tab and login to deeper.network/login? I downloaded new software and reset and I have already staked. It won't let me login to anything except this Deeper chat and 11.22.33.44. I can see my Deeper Connect working but I have staked and it should be mining. I should be able to login deeper.network/login but I can't. Yes I confirmed I have the correct password. Thank you.

I had a similar issue, This may help.
If you have a VPN installed onto your computer and it is active, it seems to block all those logins.
Let me know if that helps. Turn the VPN off and stop it from coming up on startup.

It doesnt work,
1) I have setup the device , it was perfectly opening.
2) did the mining, staked using BSC.
3) Internet is working and deeper is flashing as its supposed to
4) both 34.3.4.34.34 and 11.22.33.44 doesnt work at all. not able to reach

Support is not giving any solution - seems like Deeper connect has some basic issues and Eric Mama is actually not bothered at all for these petty issues.

i was able to connect eventually about a month ago and now the page for 11.22.33.44 absolutely wont open. miner is operating but zero connection to the page. so far the ability to use this device has been completely sub par and a headache to use. i see tons of people with the same issue yet no resolution.

Maybe as a test, you could just try to connect it to the internet via your router/modem/switch on one side and just your laptop on the other side and test https://34.34.34.34 that is how I started and got things working. Maybe I am saying things you might have allready tried, but good luck.

Franklie Well I used kucoin to do this. I transferred the DPR coins from my ERC20 metamask wallet back to my wallet at kucoin (had to pay the gasprice again) and then I was able to transfer the DPR coins from Kucoin using BEP20 to my BEP20 metamask wallet. After that I also needed some BNB (like a few euros worth) in my wallet aswell, so was able to stake my DPR coins in my DPR wallet using https://device-bsc.deeper.network/ . Hope this helps you out

worked fine, staked my dpr and now can't login. I have internet but can make no adjustments. been a week like this.
pretty disapointed that they hired a lot of youtube influencers saying this device was legit. It seems to be a pretty common problem. I cant see what use it is if i cant adjust settings? Has anyone got a clue how we get to login?

I am having this problem now also? I was able to connect, by connecting first to the Deeper wifi connection then it worked. I staked my coins fine and it was working fine this morning. I changed my setup and now cannot get back in, I reverted back to the one that was working and still no luck.. is there a solution to this problem as it was a while back and people seem to still have the problem. ie it works then won't login. Thanks. its frustrating as its connecting fine to the internet and was working, but that seems the issue.

a-harvey Ok so I disconnected the wireless plugged the ethernet cable direct into my mac and it worked fine so something must be up with the wireless side, but that enabled me to access the settings and wallet etc.
Hope that helps someone, so even though my system is set up a mesh wireless, the plugged into a hub then the deeper is connected to this, it still enables me to connect via wireless for internet and then direct ethernet to mac to access the settings.

Ok, so I tried the following troubleshooting with zero results.

1. Powered the Unit on and off, waited 10minutes, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout"
2. Unplugged the wifi antenna, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout"
3. Unpluggued the Mini from my router lan port, and put in WAN, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout".
4. Unplugged the Mini from Lan and Wan, and plugged my pc direct to the input and output ports on the mini, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout"
5. Turned off windows firewall and VPN on my pc, plugged my pc direct to the input and output ports on the mini, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout"
6. Turned off windows firewall and VPN on my pc, plugged mini into LAN port, PC back into Lan on my router, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout".
7. Using Google, Then Microsfot Edge, Then Mozilla Firefox, then tried both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34. "Connection could not be reached, Timeout"

I think this unit is beoming the most expensive paperweight. Any solutions?

Ok, I might have a solution for everyone wanting to know how to log in.

1. Login into your router where the deeper connect is connected. Mine is TP-Link. Use the default 192.168.... ip
2. In the router gateway, search for network map (specific for TP-Link)
3. Search for the connected device name of the deeper connect router "dcn-miniv6".
4. Next to the name "dcn-miniv6" there will be a IP address assigned to your Deeper Mini... it will be 192.168....
5. Copy and paste this IP address into your web browser and hit enter.
6. The admin panel will appear, for first time user the login is "admin" and Password is "admin"

Hope this helps guys, the tech support and knowledge base is not great.

I’m currently using the Deeper Connect Air Wi-Fi network, but I’m unable to access the main Deeper Network website or reach the IP address 34.34.34.34.

Previously, I could access the website, though it took an unusually long time to load. Now, I can’t access it at all. I just received these products last week—the Mini (which turned out to be defective) and the Air.

I’m unsure how to proceed and was genuinely looking forward to using these devices. It’s quite disappointing to encounter these issues right out of the box.

Any solution to this?
