"Mining Active" but no coins in balance

I staked with my deeper connect mini for a 400 credit score. I got the green check for "mining active," and now have the DPR tab on my device. However, I do not have any DPR in my wallet balance, and my device has not been mining. I checked my wallet address on deeperscan.io, and it only shows the 2 DPR. I am concerned that I never received that DPR nor have I been receiving rewards.

And my mini is fully updated to the latest version.

It's just that when you use the DPN function, it takes up the 2 DPRs we gave you. These two DPRs are used to interact with DeeperChain for authentication. Please give me your wallet address. Copy the way to me

I am also seeing this same thing. it seems to be a common question that I have found over and over again, but so far there has been no real answer. Can the support team comment on if staked DPR is supposed to be shown in the Wallet Balance page? and if not, where can the current balance and rewards be seen?
