Help, it will not let me stake DPR

I recently got a deeper network mini and currently have it setup between the modem and router in my house. No issues at all when using the internet and when I connect to 34.34.34.34 to check on my deeper network dashboard, everything seems to be working well and I am transmitting data just fine.

The problem I am running into is when i go to device.deeper.network and try to stake DPR to activate mining on my device, it gets stuck and will not load the page where I actually stake DPR.

To go step by step just to make sure I am not doing anything wrong.

I login in to device.deeper.network
Under ERC20 address I have my metamask wallet connected that has enough DPR in it too stake.
Under SN I have the appropriate SN for my mini
Under Deeper chain wallet I have the appropriate address for the wallet I created
Mining active has an x next to it
I then click the green "choose a plan"
I then click the green "stake" button on the next screen
It then takes me to the next page which is where I should be able to stake, but all it does is show a pinwheel in the middle of the screen that is continuously spinning like it is trying to load. I have let this pinwheel spin for almost 30 minutes now and nothing has changed.
I have tried different wifi signals, VPN off/on, I have tried changing my ERC20 address, have tried different browsers (currently using chrome)

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Konnan101 hey try incognito mode on your browser! as well as try clearing cache if you want to try in the regular mode of the browser 🙂

Got mine a couple of days ago and having exactly same problem.
I also upgraded mine to the latest firmware "1.1.10.rel", rebooted the unit and nothing, the "DPR" option does not show up on the units menu.
I have pretty much the same setup as you.
Any help would also be appriciated.

F1A currently at this point in time, you will not get the DPR tab until after you stake.

According to the instructions and after spending a couple of hours, it seems like I need to be placed in the "Deeper Chain" because I have the "X" in front of "Mining Active", I just don't know if I have to do something about it or if I have to wait for the system or someone to do that for me. I also have the latest firmware installed .

F1A Have you staked yet? If yes it can take 24 to 48 hours to activate on the Deeper Chain. If you are still experiencing issues please let me know.

I've tried staking 1,000DPR up too 81,000DPR (which is how much I want to stake), but after pressing the "Stake" tab, the rotating circle starts and it seems like it never connects to the Metamask wallet, which I have running and have a total of 84,730DPR on the wallet. I did use the Metamask wallet address and I am on the Ethereum Mainnet. I've also tried to reboot the Mini, which has version 1.1.10.rel installed, also used the reboot function and physically unplugging and plugging it back in.
It seems like it pretty much the same issue as "Konnan101" that started this post

Sorry my Deeper Mini Serial number is "Deeper-Wire-IGG-7160787f55f2|66672132f14494cf". Not sure if this is of any help.

This is ridiculous, I have been at this for 8 hrs and have tried everything, nothing works

I have mine fixed. After trying everything possible (clearing cache, rebooting, etc), the simple solution was to use a different browser, it fixed my problem in a couple of minutes.

F1A yeah but then every time you want to check your balance you need to switch to that browser??
im having same issue.

The problem with that is, Chrome is the browser that has the Metamask extension. Is there another browser that supports that extension? I just nee to get my tokens from MM to my Deeper Chain Wallet.

If I use chrome in incognito, it gets past the spinning page, but Metamask is not loaded in incognito mode. Very frustrating.

Edit: Firefox supports the Metamask extension - so using FF worked for me.

Worked for me: Simply close the chrome and opened it in incognito mode, you will need to press extensions, choose metamask, manage extension and allow it to work in incognito. Then open the link https://device-bsc.deeper.network , log in, chose the plan and press stake, now your metamask will pop out and ask for you to log in and approve the connection, then to approve the transaction (make sure you approve both of them). Note you will need to have some BNB/ETH for the gas fee.
Voila! Hope that sorted the problem!
