Ok, I will elaborate on this a bit more.
My Location: Australia
DPN Mode: Full Route
Tunnel: Singapore
In my Direct Route List is some Australian websites. Eg Internet Banking, Parcel Tracking. These sites require access from only an IP located within Australia or they will not load.
Now if I am connected to a Singapore Tunnel, I still cannot open these sites even though they are in the Direct Route List. Why?
If I then select an Australian Tunnel, these site work however they a slow to load just as with them not placed in the Direct Route List.
I am assuming that no matter what DPN mode you have selected, either Smart or Full or what tunnel you have selected, that any site listed in the Direct Route List should completely bypass the DPN. If this is the case, then it is not working.
Can support please explain why this does not work or if Direct Route does not work in Full Route mode?
Seems like a pointless feature if the DPN cannot be bypassed in Full Route mode.
