almost impossible to open tickets have you seen the ticket form? it asks all sorts of questions that aren't even relevant to 99% of issues, and makes them required fields.
I have to just spam the form with random / fake info to get it submitted.
My only concern is if they attempt to update my wallet or staking addresses based on that input.
