Wouldnt a complete img of the sd card also contain your encryption keys etc which are unique to each box ? So if you copy the img to card , then insert that card into a different box, that box becomes the cloned box....seems a tad insecure ...deeper should provide a firmware repo...good idea to backup, not a good idea to share your backip imgs
