Mine too, the equipment is working, and the network is working. 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34 can not be opened normally

Hi guys, I had the same issue and replaced my power adaptor with a different (more powerful) one and that solved it for me. It's unfortunate the device only comes with a US plug so whatever replacement you use apparently needs to be at least 5V/3A output.

can access Internet.

update... using google chromebook with USB to ethernet adapter. direct connect to the device. able to connect to the Internet and admin console. suspect windows firewall is blocking ports for admin console. not sure why not working for Internet connection.

Hello everyone, I have the same issue, the internet is working but I cannot access the login information to the network? I just wasted 300$ as the device is not what I expected. 1- My internet became very slow 2- the Ads are still there and did not block anything 3- Absolutely, poor manual instructions regarding set up or troubleshooting 4- The device is over heated and honestly I am very disappointed.

I'm unable to connect to the config page also. It was working fine for a couple months and then inexplicably stopped working. Able to access the internet when the device is between my modem and router, but unable to configure device.

I also have this issue. Every day I have to bypass (remove) the device form the inline network.

There is a combination of heat from the little gold device and the general feedback from client PC (users) indicating super super slow. each day when I get near the server rack, I wait for low ISP traffic and place it back between ISP and primary line into core switch. I watch network drop out; come back up. sessions resorted.. no web url. I've not been able to connect to 11.22.33.44 nor 34.34.34.34 since mid-late July.

Without Web URL to 34.34.34.34 I cannot login to see general status or configurations / logs. I have to assume something is wrong with device since everything restores back to normal once the Deeper device is removed.

When will there be a firmware push to allow URL and access portol to return?

Most ISP provide router cable modem that comes setup with 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0 and DHCP scope enabled. You will never be able to get to the IP addresses mentioned above. It does not know how to reach them and your pointing to DNS of ISP.

Having same issue... I am assuming that this is the problem. If they only enabled DHCP during setup this would resolve these issues. Some clever soul dropped the ball.

@nrcristo this is not true. i have 7 nodes running on dhcp enabled isp plans and no issues. the device is a passthrough. it doesnt need to reach the address externally. this address is local to it. you can also do local.deeper.network its the same as 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34

DNS is Comcasts and range on the router is 192.168.0.1-254 anything outside of that it goes to the internet.

I am unable to reach either 11.22.33.44 or 34.34.34.34. I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error. Please advise what I must do to access the device. I don't know if it is earning or not.
